echemdb identifier: ando_1997_situ_277_f1a_solid
tags: BCV

A cyclic voltammogramm for Co(0001) recorded in \(0.05 \; \mathrm{M}\) \(\ce{ Na2SO4 }\) at a scan rate of \(20 \; \mathrm{mV\,s^{-1}}\) from Figure 1a in S. Ando et al. In situ electrochemical scanning tunneling microscopy of Co\(0001\) single crystal electrodes in acidic solution. Journal of Electroanalytical Chemistry, 431\(2\):277–284, 1997.

Further information

The figure shows digitized data.

The Co(0001) electrode was prepared by:

  • Surfaces of crystals were polished and metallographically finished with 0.25 µm diamond paste, and sonicated in trichloroethylene, acetone and finally pure water.

Comment left by the curator on the published figure This curve contains two cycles, a solid and a dashed one.
