  • Preparation was performed in UHV.
  • Sputtering at room temperature with 1 keV Ar ions, followed by five cycles of oxygen adsorption/desorption.
  • Flash annealed in UHV at 1400 °C. Preparation reference: https://doi.org/10.1016/0039-6028(75)90409-4
